Some mist in morn and some at night fair between.  Got our paint aboard and in p.m. pulled out on our way at Haskell & Crawfords -- tomorrow reconstruction and cleaning begins.

Nice day not quite so warm.  Lay at the wharf all day and did nothing.

A perfect day.  In morn towed the G & Z driver and our scow to one of the harbor buoys and that contributed to a days work.  At night went up to meet some of the sweet ones but they failed to come, so we quit.

Good day - tho a small snow shower in morn....., and a mist begins at night.  Took scow to the sandbank for Fuller and made a round trip for the Mer. Brk. Wks.  also a ton of freight to Clay Wks.

Emmett Hunt Diarey Entry February 25, 1891

Some rain - southerly winds.  Steamed to Meridian Brick Works with scow and found the loaded one up on the ground so returned light and rested the rest of the righteous also the rest of the day.
